ProductsWe approach every project with an eye towards safety and a complete knowledge of local building codes- starting with a review of the plans & specifications for the project. Determining? the exact location of the cooking hood is critical to ensure adequate? room for ductwork and distances from combustible materials. In addition the structural integrity of supporting beam work is evaluated to? ensure that the weight of the stainless steel hood system will be properly supported. When the review of project plans & specifications? is completed, we will recommend and install the right Captive-Aire? products for your project.
Kitchen-hood suppression systems must be inspected (approximately 25 separate steps are involved) at least every six months; more often if dictated by local codes or insurance companies. It's important that the companies servicing these systems be certified by the manufacturer to install, inspect, maintain and repair them. Only manufacturer-certified technicians have the authority from the manufacturer to service its product. Installation of a system by a?non-certified technician or company voids any manufacturer warranty or liability that's available. |
